Enjoy a weekend back in time when snowmobiles were king of winter. We transform our bar back to the early 70's. Friday we ride to the famous Turtle Flambeau Flowage, then return to have a great Mexican dinner across the lake at another resort.
Saturday starts with a huge Lodge breakfast at 8AM. The vintage ride leaves at 10AM. We take a 15 mile round trip run with several stops returning to spend the afternoon running lots of sleds on the lake. 3PM is the snowmobile loud pipes contest. Get ready to rumble with these old beasts. The evening is spent enjoying a bonfire on the lake and having a beverage in the bar. Everyone is invited to attend.

Springstead Lake Lodge is the place to be while snowmobiling in Northern Wisconsin. We are located on the main trail corridor that connects you to all the trail system. We also can provide you with grooming info and trail conditions since we currently are the presidents on 2 local snowmobile clubs. Our bar is decorated to cater to the snowmobile business. With a real snowmobile hanging over our pool table and many snowmobile items on display, we provide a great place to warm up. You can also be entertained by watching the snowmobiling DVD's that play in the bar.
Lodging at our resort is popular for many other reasons during the winter months. Our cabins are equipped with large forced air furnaces to keep you well heated. They also have fully enclosed porches to keep all your gear.
Combining direct trail access, lots of parking, a great bar with full service dining, and personal service, make us one of the most popular winter hangouts.
